The City of Santa Fe Springs has launched two mobile applications for the residents. The two new CRM applications will enable residents to report a wide range of non-emergency issues directly to City departments.
The Public Works department has launched a new mobile application "Go SFS". By using the "Go SFS" app on either your iPhone or Android phones, residents and businesses can report local issues such as Potholes, Tree Hazards, Sidewalks, Malfunctioning Traffic Signals, Street Lights, Graffiti, Illegal Dumping and send it directly to the Public Works Department. The mobile application will use your camera and geo-location technology to route the problem's exact location to the Public Works Department. The App will provide the opportunity to track the submitted service request, receive updates and notifications once the matter has been resolved.
For Public Works requests, go Go SFS.
By using the "MySFS" app on either your PC, iPhone or Android phones, residents and businesses can quickly submit a request for services, seek useful information and to provide comments to the City. When submitting a service request to the City, it will be routed directly to the appropriate City Department for immediate action. This means that your request will be responded to quickly and efficiently by City staff. "MySFS" will allow you to check on its status throughout the process, receive comments, and notify you the instant the issue is resolved.
