Juanita A. Trujillo, Mayor


Juanita Trujillo is serving her second term as Mayor since being elected to the City Council in November of 2009. Juanita is a lifelong resident of the City of Santa Fe Springs. She attended local elementary and middle schools, and graduated from St. Paul High School in 1992.

Prior to her election to the City Council, Juanita was actively involved in the community where she served on the Parks and Recreation Committee, Safe Neighborhood Team, Community Planning Committee, Sister City, Community Playhouse, and the City’s Christmas Float Program. Since 2008, Juanita has been a member of Santa Fe High School’s Sports Club. 

Juanita has two children, Alyssa and Aliah.
