STREET MORATORIUM MAP

Map of City Streets that were recently widened, repaved, slurry sealed, or full section reconstructed. The City reserves the right to prohibit disturbance, excavation, or removal of any newly installed street improvement under moratorium. Restrictions will be enforced to protect structural integrity of newly installed street improvements and or maintenance applications.

AS-BUILT REQUESTS:

1) Download Request Form here: Request Form

2) Fill out contact information, specify project location, and sign the form at the bottom.

3) Submit signed form by email to: publicworks@santafesprings.org

The Public Works Department will process requests in the order they are received. Fee amount is disclosed at the bottom of the Request Form. Due to staff shortage, please allow for longer response times. Please do not attempt to pay fee unless notified by City Staff. Fees must be paid before any electronic copies can be sent. In order to preserve safety for all, and to ensure that appropriate staff is available, it is highly recommended to call and set an appointment in advance for in person meetings.
