The CLUB Fees
|*Reservations will be made upon submittal of application, deposit, and any other necessary
paperwork; dates cannot be held. Written confirmation of approved application and rental
will be mailed within two weeks of receipt of deposit. The deposit is refundable to the
permit holder if all policies are followed, there is no damage to property, and the facility room
is left in the condition it was prior to set-up.
The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to event. If the facility is rented less than 30
days prior to event, fees are due 5 days after the confirmation. Payment must be made by
cash, money order, or debit/credit card.
** Required for serving alcohol. Security will also be assigned to the event and the fee
charged even though alcohol is not permitted at age 21 and under events. A public safety
officer will be present throughout the entire event.
