Santa Fe Springs City Library subscribes to many commercial databases for the use of local small business owners and employers. To access these databases, you need a valid Santa Fe Springs or Downey City Library card. If you already have a card, please click here to access the library’s databases. ReferenceUSA

ReferenceUSA offers directory type information on over 11 million U.S. companies. Each company record includes: complete mailing address, phone/fax number(s), executive names, SIC code(s), headquarters/branch, employee size, sales volume, ticker symbol (if applicable), and company URL. Business Database includes both Quick Search and Custom Search options. Custom Search results may be limited by Company Name, Yellow Pages, Geography, Business Size, and additional Special Selects.

Magazine Articles

Covering virtually every subject area of general interest, MasterFILE Premier also includes nearly 500 full text reference books, 84,774 biographies, 100,554 primary source documents, and an Image Collection of 235,186 photos, maps and flags.

America's Newspapers and Los Angeles Times 

America's Newspapers from NewsBank provides full-text articles from the electronic editions of record for more than 600 U.S. newspapers - all in one easy-to-search database. ProQuest provides full-text articles from the Los Angeles Times from 1985 to the present.
