Comstock Homes and The Olson Company was recently granted approval to develop a master-planned residential community of 554 (attached and detached) dwelling units and for the continuation of oil and gas production activities on the 54.5-acre property bordered by Telegraph Road to the north, Clark Avenue to the south, Bloomfield Avenue to the east, and Norwalk Boulevard to the west.

Project Update: Construction of the project remains on track. It is anticipated that the perimeter wall and entries will be completed by the end of June. Completion of the common areas is anticipated to be done by the first of the year. Lastly, construction of the first phase of homes is scheduled to begin Spring of 2009.
