Monthly parking permit fees are $20.00 per month ($10.00 for Norwalk and Santa Fe Springs residents) or $1.00 each weekday. Daily permits are available for purchase up to three months in advance. EXCURSION PROGRAM The City of Santa Fe Springs' Excursion Program is designed to assist senior, youth, and disabled groups in the City with free or subsidized excursions to attend educational, recreational or cultural events in the region. Taxi Voucher Program The Taxi Voucher Program supplements the Special Needs Service for Santa Fe Springs' seniors, 60 years or older, and persons with disabilities. The program assists with transportation Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Vouchers can be used to travel to and from the cities of Santa Fe Springs, Bellflower, Norwalk, Lakewood, Pico Rivera and Whittier. Vouchers are $1 each, and are worth up to $7 in taxi fare. Vouchers can be purchased at the Neighborhood Center or at City Hall.
