Senior Services

The Senior Services Section provides information and referrals, case management services, and recreational activities. Recreational activities include exercise and dance classes, social clubs, senior tour and travel excursions, bingo, cards and educational workshops. The Neighborhood Center is furnished with exercise equipment designed especially for active adults, 50 years and older. The daily nutrition program, coordinated by Southeast Area Social Services Funding Authority (SASSFA,) provides seniors with hot nutritious meals at the Neighborhood Center at 11:30 a.m. Home delivered meals and transportation are also available for qualifying seniors 60 years and older.
