Art Education Grant Application 2013/14
To begin your grant application, please do the following:
1. Read the Art Grant Guidelines below.
2. Enter all of your pertinent information into the form on the page that follows. Please note that data cannot be saved on-line. Applicants are encouraged to have a completed rough draft of their request before completing the application or print as you go.
3. Print out your application, sign, attain director/principal signature, then mail or bring it in to the Gus Velasco Neighborhood Center by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2013.
